Nasty #1 Cover A Adam Cahoon
Publisher: Vault Comics
'Calling all scary movie fans! Scotland, 1994. Eighteen-year-old Thumper Connell still has an imaginary friend: the masked killer from his favorite slasher film. Thumper is obsessed with horror and always has been. He fills his time with scary VHS rentals and hanging out with his fellow fans, The Murder Club. But everything changes when his local video shop acquires one of the notorious films known as 'video nasties' - films so scary, they're the target of the British Moral Decency League's crusade to ban and burn. But it's only a movie, right? It's all just imaginary, isn't it? A story about the perception of evil, the power of genre, the love of fandom, the need to create art, oh, and crap-your-pants TERROR!'

Important Note on Condition
Important Note on Condition
**CONDITION POLICY**
New release comics are received, carefully bagged and boarded, and shipped directly to you. We handle every book with care and do our best to send you copies in the best shape possible.
That said, **we cannot guarantee Mint (9.8) condition on any book.** Printing and bindery imperfections are part of the industry - not every copy off the press qualifies as a 9.8, and we have no way to guarantee which copy you'll receive.
Our new releases are generally **Near Mint (NM 9.4 or better)** unless otherwise noted. Common allowable defects at NM include:
- Minor spine dings or stress marks
- Slight cover wear from handling or shelving
- Printing artifacts (color rubs, paper waviness from the press)
- Small bindery offsets, especially on cardstock covers
If you have specific condition requirements, we're happy to answer questions before you order - just reach out.
**Highly discounted or clearance items are sold as-is.** Condition is not guaranteed on sale items.
Review our Refund Policy for our full return guidelines.
